Step 1: Access Account Settings
Log in to your Suralink account.
Click My Account in the page footer.
Select Two-factor from the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: Install Twilio Authy
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device.
Search for and install Twilio Authy. Currently, the logo looks like this:
Note: Your phone number is only used to verify your Authy account; Suralink codes are generated within the app, not sent via text.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up Authy on your device.
In Suralink, click Next Step to proceed.
Step 3: Pair Your Device
Open the Authy app, tap the plus sign (+), and select Scan QR code.
Scan the QR code displayed on your Suralink screen.
Note: If you cannot scan, you may select "Enter code manually instead" on Suralink.
Name the account (e.g., "Suralink") and click Save.
On Suralink, click Next Step located under the QR code.
Step 4: Verify and Complete
Locate the 6-digit code now appearing in the Authy app.
Enter this code into the Passcode field on Suralink.
Click Complete authentication.
A confirmation message "Two-factor enabled successfully!" will appear.
You should not click on the re-pair or disable buttons at this time.
Managing Your 2FA
Standard Login: After entering your password, you will be prompted for a one-time code generated by Authy.
Trusted Devices: You may select Remember this device for 30 days to reduce prompt frequency.
