Step 1: Access Account Settings
Log in to your Suralink account.
Click My Account in the page footer.
Select Two-factor from the left-hand navigation menu.
Step 2: Install Microsoft Authenticator
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) on your mobile device.
Search for and install Microsoft Authenticator. Currently, the logo looks like this:
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the app on your device.
In Suralink, click Next step to proceed.
Step 3: Pair Your Device
Open Microsoft Authenticator and tap the "+" icon at the top right.
Select Work or school account, then choose Scan a QR code.
Scan the QR code displayed on the Suralink page.
Note: If the camera is unavailable, you may select "Enter code manually instead" on Suralink.
On Suralink, click Next step located under the QR code.
Step 4: Verify and Complete
Locate the 6-digit code for the "Suralink" entry in your app.
Enter this code into the Passcode field on Suralink.
Click Complete authentication.
A confirmation message "Two-factor enabled successfully!" will appear.
Managing Your 2FA
Standard Login: After entering your password, you must provide the one-time code generated by Microsoft Authenticator.
Trusted Devices: You may select Remember this device for 30 days to streamline future logins.
