If the Reset Password button in your email is unresponsive or leads to a "Page Not Found" error, follow these steps to bypass common browser and email formatting issues.
1. Use the Manual Reset URL
Sometimes email clients "break" the styling of buttons, making them unclickable.
Action: Scroll to the bottom of the Suralink email.
Fix: Highlight and copy the full URL text provided below the button. Paste this directly into your browser’s address bar.
2. Open in Incognito/Private Mode
Browser extensions or stale "session cookies" can interfere with the security token attached to your reset link.
Action: Right-click the reset link (or button) and select Open link in Incognito Window (Chrome) or InPrivate Window (Edge).
Alternative: Copy the long URL from the bottom of the email, open a private window manually (
Ctrl+Shift+N), and paste the link there.
3. Verify Link Recency
For security, requesting a new password reset immediately invalidates all previous links.
Clean Up: Delete all previous Suralink password emails from your inbox.
New Request: Only use the link from the most recent email. If you have clicked the "Forgot Password" button multiple times, wait 5 minutes for the final email to arrive before clicking.
