What to do if the login page loops or reloads

How to resolve issues where the login page redirects you back to the start or fails to load.

If you enter your email and password but are immediately redirected back to the login screen without an error message, or if the page appears blank/stuck, this is typically caused by outdated browser cache or cookies.

Step 1: Try a Private/Incognito Window The quickest way to confirm this issue is to open a private browser window.

  1. Right-click your browser icon or open your browser menu.

  2. Select New Incognito Window (Chrome) or New InPrivate Window (Edge).

  3. Navigate to app.suralink.com (or your firm’s specific URL, e.g., firmname.suralink.com).

  4. Attempt to log in.

Step 2: Clear Browser Cache If you can log in successfully in a private window, you need to clear your browser's cache to fix the issue in your main window.

  1. Go to your browser settings.

  2. Search for Clear Browsing Data.

  3. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  4. Set the time range to All time.

  5. Click Clear data.

  6. Close all browser windows and try logging in again.

Step 3: Check for "Inspect" Console Errors (Advanced) If the issue persists, our support team may ask for a screenshot of your browser's console to diagnose network blocks.

  1. Right-click the login page and select Inspect.

  2. Click the Console tab.

  3. Attempt to log in again.

  4. Take a screenshot of any red error text and email it to [email protected].
