Requesting self-service recovery tokens

Updated over 3 weeks ago

If you need a recovery token to re-pair your Suralink account to your authenticator app, you can use our self-service feature to request a recovery token.

Step 1: On the login screen, after entering your username and password, you will be prompted to enter your 2FA code.

Step 2: Below the field for the code, click the link that says "I don't have access to my authenticator".

Step 3: Click "Send recovery code"

Step 4: After requesting the recovery token, you will be redirected to the screen where you can enter your email and password. Once you reach the page to enter the two-factor code, enter the recovery token you received.

Step 5: You will be logged in and directed to pair Suralink to your mobile authenticator application.

Important Notes:

  • This token is valid for 30 minutes and can only be used one time.

  • You can request up to three tokens within a 24-hour period.

  • If you exceed this limit, you will need to contact an admin or [email protected] to receive a token.
