What if I don’t have an authenticator app and cannot get a two-factor authentication code?

You will need to receive a one-time recovery token so that you may log into your Suralink account. Firm admins can send this.

Firm Users: If you do not know who the firm administrators are, please chat in using the live chat feature and we will be happy to provide this information.

Client Users: Please reach out to the firm that invited you to Suralink. Your contact can ask their admin to get the token sent.
