Your firm has SSO enabled
If you are part of a firm that has SSO (Single Sign-On) enabled, it is expected for you to be immediately logged out when entering your email address and password.
Instead of entering your email address and password, be sure to select the option to Sign in with SSO.
Note: Always ensure you are logging in from your firm's specific URL (e.g., firmname.suralink.com) when using SSO. If users attempt to log in through the general Suralink login page (e.g., app.suralink.com and clicking "Log in"), they will see the standard email/password prompt instead of being redirected to the SSO login page.
Administrators can log in using either SSO or their email/password credentials. This dual access method ensures that administrators can still access the platform in situations where SSO might need to be disabled or reconfigured, providing a critical fallback option for troubleshooting or configuration changes.
